Apartment:

The apartment is located on the first and last floor of a recently built building, it has 2 exclusive parking spaces in a fenced area with an automatic gate ,it also has a coverd area dedicated to bicycles.

All rooms have air conditioning, a smart tv (70 inches) with Netflix app.

All the windows and the terrace overlook a green area far from the noise of the street.

The apartment consists of two floors with a modern Nordic and practical style.

The 1st floor has a large living area (furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dining table, sofa and tv area), a double bedroom , 1 bathroom complete with shower, a covered terrace equipped with coffee table and chairs.

On the second floor there is the second bedroom and second bathroom with bathtup.

And perhaps precisely for the medieval historic center that Lucca has become a fantasy scenario that is staged every year in October for Lucca Comics & Games, the most important  italian fair  dedicated to comics,  animation and role-playing games.
